Common problems in lithium battery production
Leave a message
The processing process of polymer lithium batteries is complex. If each process is not handled properly, there will be various battery product quality problems. The problems encountered by lithium battery manufacturers in the production of lithium batteries over the years are summarized, and the basic reasons for this problem are analyzed. In fact, the following are:
1. reasons for low battery capacity:
(a) Too few side loads;
(b) There is a large distance between the two sides of the paper;
(c) Division;
(d) Reduction of electrolyte for lithium battery;
Low electrolyte conductivity of lithium battery;
(f) The positive and negative parts are not selected;
(g) The porosity of the diaphragm is small; h. The adhesive is fragile and falls off; i. The core is super thick (no air drying or electrolyte penetration of lithium battery); Width limit is not filled; k. The positive material of the positive battery is small in volume.
2. reasons for high / unstable internal resistance of battery:
Negative plate and auricle welding;
(b) Positive pressure welding and ear canal welding;
(c) Blank welding of ear and basket;
(d) Negative lug connection;
(e) The internal resistance of bolts and pins is large;
(f) There is no conductive agent at the positive level;
(g) Lithium battery electrolyte has no lithium salt;
Short circuit fault before charging the battery;
The porosity of diaphragm paper is small.
3. reasons for low battery voltage:
(a) Adverse reactions (electrolytic lithium battery; positive residue; ice);
(b) Poor (the film does not produce safety);
(c) The customer's PCB circuit board has been closed (i.e. the lithium-ion core produced and processed by the customer;
(d) Customers do not weld as required (lithium ion produced and processed by customers);
(e) Burrs;
(f) Micro short circuit fault;
Negative values cause twins.
4. reasons for over thick battery:
(a) Welding steam leakage;
(b) Lithium battery electrolyte solution;
(c) Relax dry water;
(d) Tightness of backboard;
(e) Too thick;
(f) Shell
(g) The core is too thick (too much increase; the plate is not compacted; the diaphragm is too thick).
5. causes of battery explosion:
(a) Common faults in the container (resulting in overcharging);
Poor sealing effect of diaphragm;
(c) Internal short circuit fault.
6. short circuit fault:
(a) Dust;
(b) The clothes are damaged;
(c) Scratches (small or unopened diaphragm paper);
Uneven reverse filament;
(e) No package;
(f) The diaphragm is perforated;
(g) Hairline.
7. cause of open circuit:
(a) Auricles and bolts are not welded, or the total area of reasonable spot welding is small;
(b) The connecting plate is broken (the connecting plate is too short or too close to be welded to the connecting plate).
