     Jiangsu OptimumNano Energy Co., LTD. (h ereinafter referred to as "JS Opt imumNano" ) is a lithium battery business platform subordinate to China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, a large central enterprise of aerospace and military industry. The headquarter of JS OptimumNano is located in Gaoyou City, Jiangsu Province, and t he main production base is located in Gaoyou Economic Development Zone, with a total planning area of 3,000 mu. It is planned to achieve a total production capacity of SOGWh by 2024, becoming the world's largest production base of LFP Cylindrical battery. The to tal construction area of the first phase of the project that has been put into production is 137,000 square meters, among which there are 1 R&D pilot line and 7 fully automated production  lines of cylindrical  battery, with a daily  output of 420,000 large cylindrical batteries and an annual production capacity of up to SGWh.

• Thermal Shock Test

   Cell shall be charged per 3.2, and put into an oven.

Temperature inside the oven will drop to -40 °C in 60 min

and remain for 90 min. Then it will rise to 25 °C in 60 min

and keep rising to 85 °C in 90 min, following by remaining

for 110 min. And it will drop to 25 °C in 70 min.

Repeat this process for 5 times, then check it for 1h.

• Low-pressure Test

   Cell shall be charged per 3.2, then stored it for 6h at an

absolute pressure of 11.6 kPa (RT). Check it for 1h.

• Drop Test
  1)Cell shall be charged per 3.2, the positive pole terminal vertically dropped from 1.5 m to the cement ground , check it for 1h.
  
  2)Cell shall be charged per 3.2, horizontally dropped from1.5 m to the concrete ground，check it for 1h.
